Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology companies, ideally with specialized knowledge in a key Argentine industry—especially banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage account-level profit and loss (P&L) with accountability for financial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of business and technology trends, with the ability to apply industry best practices to customer solutions.
  • Experience leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and renewal—with a focus on long-term value.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing cost structures, and assessing profitability and risk.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers through empathy, transparency, and strategic insight.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions or services.
  • Familiarity with strategic account planning and go-to-market execution.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in global or regional environments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through certifications or leadership programs.
