What this role is all about

We’re looking for a Customer Operations Project Manager to drive initiatives that make our revenue and customer-facing teams faster, smarter, and more efficient.
You’ll be at the heart of how Infobip operates — leading cross-functional projects that optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enable our teams to scale impact. From mapping goals with leadership to translating requirements into solutions with our tech teams, you’ll help shape the future of how we work.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategic operations projects that improve processes and automate workflows across Revenue and Customer Operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and turn insights into actionable plans for optimization.
- Work closely with stakeholders from C-level to technical experts to define goals, align priorities, and deliver measurable impact.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Partner with business and data teams to define performance metrics and monitor project success.
- Support adoption of new tools, automation initiatives, and process standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

- Experience in operations, process optimization, or project management, ideally in revenue or customer-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of automation, data-driven decision making, and how technology can scale performance.
