Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

About the role

As a Customer Marketing Executive Luxury, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Reserve portfolio, which brings together the world’s top luxury spirits—crafted with mastery and authenticity. Collaborating closely with commercial and shopper marketing teams, you’ll develop bespoke activation plans and work with customers and agencies to deliver flawless brand experiences mainly in on trade channel. This position is your opportunity to lead luxury brand execution, ensuring top visibility and engagement with both consumers and trade partners.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored activation strategies across the Reserve portfolio, including Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray No. TEN, Zacapa, Ketel One, Talisker, Bulleit, and Don Julio.

  • Execute the commercial calendar, managing the set-up and delivery of compelling point-of-sale materials and luxury experiences for key customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure all programs are aligned with customer needs and market trends.

  • Track and measure campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and brand growth.

  • Adapt global toolkits and programs for local relevance, ensuring every activation reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

  • Owning delivery of technical specifications and set up of all new POS items, ensuring we deliver on time every time to our customers.

About you

Experience / skills required

  • Master degree in Economics or similar

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing , Trade Marketing or sales roles

  • Strong project management, analytical, and commercial execution skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of excellence.

  • A genuine passion for luxury brands and consumer experiences.

  • Excellent relationship-building, teamwork, and adaptation abilities.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
