About the Role
As part of our team, you will design customized logistics solutions that allow customers to outsource their entire logistics value chain to us. Your mission is to deliver truly integrated end-to-end services and transportation solutions that make a difference for our customers. This includes taking full ownership of the customer experience, managing the shipment process, and coordinating with global logistics teams across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure smooth execution of the entire shipment lifecycle, monitor service-level agreements, and address any deviations
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues and requirements
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on forecasts and commitments
  • Provide insights to management on potential service risks and emerging trends
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote smarter, more efficient processes
  • Support digital adoption by encouraging customers to use new e-features

Your Profile

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Ability to identify process optimization opportunities
  • Fluent Polish is mandatory
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
