Job Description

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe store, customer servicing, sales and aftersales quality management, inventory management and accomplishment of sales targets. Educates customer and engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.

> Delivers superior customer experience while journeying customer to digital channels and platforms.

> Delivers sales acquisitions targets and sustain sales performances monthly.

> Attends to sales and aftersales needs of customers and existing subscribers.

> Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.

> Processes cashiering functions, payment for bills, purchases, and other POS transactions.

> Manage quality applications and transactions.
