Key Responsibilities:
Support operational planning and coordination for CDM programs, ensuring timelines, requirements, and customer activities are accurately tracked.
Assist in preparing customer-facing materials, internal briefs, and performance summaries related to device lifecycle management and employee experience metrics.
Help document standard operating procedures, update knowledge bases, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and best practices in hybrid work and digital workforce management.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
