Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
This role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails
Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries
Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and work collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions
Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner
Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone
Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Excellent phone manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Administrative and Sales experience (desirable)
Computer literate with the entire google suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A ‘can-do’ attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
