process orders with local responsibility for logistics and payment according to defined processes.
handle invoicing, coordinate delivery, installation, and handover, and act as the main contact for logistic partners.
provide fast and effective complaint support.
process service orders, manage invoicing, and coordinate with local service teams and other ZEISS colleagues.
provide logistics support for in-house repairs and create service contracts.
maintain and update CRM customer data and assist in preparing offers and tenders.
support marketing activities such as fairs, exhibitions, and customer communication (e.g., mailings, newsletters).
welcome customers at the ZEISS office and events, and support the organization of travel, trainings, and customer events.
translate documents and provide support for quality management.
You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …
a completed economic qualification or equivalent education.
minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in order administration and logistics in an international environment.
strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS office, ERP systems (ideally SAP), and Salesforce.
Native Slovenian skills and proficient English (both written and spoken).
strong communication and a customer-oriented mindset.
the ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured way, even in a complex environment.
a cooperative, friendly, and team-oriented mindset.
