Customer Booking Agent – Newcastle

Salary: £22,250 basic + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Booking Agent to join our growing team, supporting potential customers and booking their free consultation appointments.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, building rapport quickly, and working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to book free consultation appointments for potential customers
• Creating and updating prospect records accurately in our system
• Responding to pre-sale customer queries and providing information about our products and services
•  Supporting internal teams by liaising with different departments to finalise bookings and contracts

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience, from any industry or background
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• A polite, friendly, and informative telephone manner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service standards
• Great attention to detail with fast, accurate data entry and typing skills
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
