As a Customer Marketing Executive for the IOI On Trade, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand strategies to life — executing world-class activations across pubs, restaurants, hotels &and beyond.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Sales & Brand teams to develop and deliver high-impact, insight-led campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and rate of sale. This role is perfect for someone who combines creative flair with commercial focus and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Please note that this is a 12 month Secondment
Campaign development and execution: Design and deliver engaging, insight-led activation campaigns for your regions that bring our brands to life across On-Trade
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Brand, Sales, and other internal teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with commercial objectives.
Customer relationship management: Build and nurture strong partnerships with key customers and trade stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities.
Digital marketing integration: Use digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media to enhance campaign reach and deliver a connected customer experience.
Performance and budget management: Manage project budgets, monitor performance metrics, and analyze results to ensure strong ROI and continuous improvement.
Experience: Experience in customer marketing, trade marketing or field sales, ideally within FMCG or beverage industries.
Commercial acumen: Strong business understanding and a passion for driving commercial outcomes.
Project management: Proven ability to plan and deliver multiple projects on time and to a high standard.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions and measure campaign success.
Influencing & communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and customers.
Digital fluency: Experience with CRM platforms, digital activation or analytics tools is an advantage.
