Job Description
- Plays a crucial role in ensuring that the team members are equipped with skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Focus on communication techniques and developing a strong understanding of US Geography to enhance customer interactions.
- Conduct training sessions to team members emphasizing communication strategies, cultural awareness, and US geography knowledge.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potentials.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, customer service practices, changes in the US geography to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
- Drive and improve Spoken and Written English Communication and floor support for on time and quality delivery
- Liaise with operations to ensure there is adequate and effective training support provided
- Highly proficient in English and should natural/fluent
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder of any related course
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a trainer in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of US geography, ensuring relevant customer interaction
- High adaptability and willingness to work onsite to engage with the trainees effectively.
