Decreasing the internal rework and rejection by applying new methods and changing the assembly process flow.
Interacting with the User Dept for analyzing the requirements and necessary actions to carried out for improving the product quality.
Master board, ROB, Mylar & Vision validation.
Layout release and Visual aid release.
New line setup Audit and line release.
Master harness & Poke Yoke harness readiness as per customer requirement.
Process monitoring and inspection.
Patrol inspection.
Offline continuity checking as per customer requirement.
Inspect and monitoring the in-process & final inspection for new product.
Panduit gun validation.
