JOB TITLE: CRM Design Senior Manager.

SALARY: £83,411pa to £98,130pa plus an extensive benefits package.

LOCATION: Bristol or Halifax.

HOURS: 35 hours per week.

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of our office hubs mentioned above.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Leading a team of interaction design analysts who support our and business and marketing teams to design and implement brilliant customer lead experiences and communications served through our digital, e-mail, SMS & DM channels.

  • Supporting and coaching the team through our data migration transformation moving from on-premises data warehouse to GCP data model and architecture.

  • Using your technical and analytical skills to find opportunities, engage customers with relevant and timely messages and nudges through our core channels

  • Contribute to and develop a Platform wide analytical community to establish and integrate guidelines.

  • Establishing strong relationships with a broad range of business and technical partners from across the organisation.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role in the data & analytics domain with experience delivering transformation and change.

  • Demonstrable understanding and experience using Martech automation tooling such as e.g. Teradata CIM, Adobe Campaign, PEGA CDH.

  • A strong background in SQL with the ability to write, optimise, and troubleshoot complex queries and experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Big Query.

  • Experience with A/B testing or experimental design.

  • Experience at applying the right advanced analytics techniques to solve business problem.

  • An ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear and compelling stories that strategically influence.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of collaborators, both technical and non-technical.

  • An understanding of JIRA and Confluence is a nice to have but not crucial.

  • Strong business sense with a good understanding of all aspects of financial services.
