PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

Responsible to developing and executing creative concepts and material that bring FWD brand to life which resonate with target audience and align with FWD brand guideline
- Support the brand output development from creative conceptualization to the final output for various marketing materials,
- Design: Create visually appealing designs using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Develop all branding application and any materials in the company to ensure the alignment with FWD branding guideline.
- Ensure all creative output are strong, consistent and reflecting to Brand DNA and company vision across all communication channels visual identity, brand positioning, tone of voice and brand attributes in all function (external & internal).
- Providing promotional material for all distribution channels including imagery, charts, infographics, videos, OOH and digital service platforms.
- Oversee and proactively seeking advise to all design projects both external and internal stakeholder, from conception to delivery that follows brand and regulator guideline.
- Assist stakeholder to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure for brand consistency implementation through brand activation from preparation to execution such as, in-house video shooting, internal/external event, merchandise, company activities/programs.
- Work closely with the Brand & Communications team to understand campaign objectives and ensure creative assets align with overall marketing strategies.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into creative concepts.
- Analytics: Analyze the performance of creative assets and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
