The Role
As our Creative Design Legend, you’ll be the owner of all external visual communication at Conveo, the person who shapes how the world sees, understands, and feels our brand.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in exceptional craft, and loves using design to drive growth.
Your mission: elevate our brand and accelerate our commercial engine through best-in-class design.
Your Mission
1. Accelerate Growth & Marketing
- Create high-performing B2B advertising assets for rapid testing and scale.
- Design social media visuals, carousels, and campaign collateral, event backdrops and merch.
- Build storyboards and assets for product, explainer, and motion videos.
- Own the design of high-value content: whitepapers, guides, one-pagers, and reports.
2. Bring data & product stories to life
- Design clear, compelling data visualizations and infographics.
- Build polished product mockups and visual components for sales and marketing.
- Own visual direction for all website and landing pages, continually iterating for conversion.
3. Power sales & leadership
- Create standout presentations: from sales proposals to investor decks and internal strategy materials.
4. Operate with autonomy, speed & craft
- Manage multiple projects at pace without compromising on quality.
- Turn abstract ideas into thoughtful, high-impact design concepts.
- Be a proactive partner to Marketing, Product, Sales and Leadership.
What we're looking for
An experienced designer with a strong background in B2B and SaaS, and a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and commercial impact.
Full-stack design capability across:
- Growth/performance ads
- Social media assets
- Web and landing page design
- Product marketing collateral
- Data visualisation
- Long-form content (whitepapers, guides, reports)
- Presentation design
- Video storyboarding
- Bonus: Some video editing/motion skills
Mindset:
- Thinks in systems: designs templates, scalable files, and reusable components that empower the wider team
- Eager to leverage AI tools to increase speed and productivity
- Creative but commercially grounded
