- Organize and deliver training programs on environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Provide responsive, informed support to internal stakeholders on sustainability-related issues.

- Conduct follow‑up on internal audits, manage incident reporting, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Perform field inspections, Gemba Walks, and other on‑site assessments to track operational compliance.
- Oversee the execution of the Training & Communication Plan on environmental matters.
- Manage and report Environmental metrics.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, KORE, and applicable Argentine environmental regulations.
- Identify sustainability risks and opportunities, applying root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive environmental protection efforts across water, energy, and waste management initiatives.
- Procure supplies for wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operations and other environmental programs.
What are the qualifications needed
- Degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering (required).
