Driving brand / portfolio strategy development, implementation and ensure the realization of revenue, growth and profitability targets.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/STRUCTURE

Reporting to the Commercial Lead, Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Brand Plan Execution

  • Provide inputs in the strategic planning process for assigned portfolio based on customer insights to enhance current portfolio
  • Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for assigned portfolio
  • Implement the brand plans by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and budget
  • Monitor and analyze business performance according to business goals
  • Support country business leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation

Promotional Materials Management

  • Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content, translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed
  • Work with medical, regulatory, compliance and legal teams to get appropriate approval for brand strategies, initiatives and materials
  • Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines
  • Carry out assigned portfolio promotional programs as well as take on assigned tasks independently
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure assigned brand plan execution with compliance and market feedback
  • Prepare monthly tracking reports as required for brand / portfolio performance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Medical science graduate, master’s in business administration from a reputable institute
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience of pharmaceutical marketing is a plus
