Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Corporate Security Improvement Specialist (f/m) to join our Corporate Security department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing and implementing the Corporate Security strategy and its structuring projects. Within the Corporate Security Office, you will be involved in security operations, project management, and workplace transformation initiatives, aiming to strengthen security measures and create a secure, more efficient working environment.

Your challenges:

You will be responsible for the following main activities:

1. Security & Human risk prevention : 

Applied psychological intelligence in Security: Conduct continuous academic and operational monitoring of advances in cognitive and social psychology relevant to corporate security. 

2. Security projects - Readiness and success officer:
Support change management in security-related projects, starting with the implementation of the Security Intelligence Room (SIR) project and the deployment of the new Corporate Security strategy, ensuring their integration into daily security practices and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

2.1.  Security Intelligence Room 

  • Evaluate impact of the project on the relevant security teams and populations and prepare, along with Project Manager, the relevant actions (stakeholder mapping, communication planning, actions plan) to ensure sustainable adoption of the project.

  • Ensure impacted population adherence to the future Security Intelligence Room processes and ways of working for the successful implementation 

  • Define and roll-out appropriate trainings on the following topics, along with relevant functions (Security, Digital, Legal teams): 

    • New ways of working and deliverables for Security Intelligence activities, 

    • New digital solution (SIR associated tooling), 

    • Ethics and Compliance, 

    • Security showroom visits for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and continuous improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of initiatives through feedback, surveys, and project’s contributors inputs. Identify improvement opportunities, adjust approaches, and reinforce support mechanisms to build a strong, shared ambition for the Security Intelligence Room.

2.2 Security Strategy

  • Support the communication and change management aspects of the global Security Strategy to ensure understanding, alignment, and adoption across impacted populations.

  • Develop stakeholder mapping, engagement, and communication plans in coordination with Security leadership and supporting functions.

  • Facilitate feedback collection and continuous improvement through surveys, workshops, and regular alignment sessions.

  • Promote a shared vision of the Security Strategy by ensuring consistent messaging, visible leadership support, and clear value demonstration.

3. Workplace improvement & organizational support

  • Work systems analysis: Conduct in-depth organizational diagnostics (information flow, role clarity, cooperation methods) to identify psychological or structural barriers to collective performance.

  • Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and share workplace data using robust methods (factor analysis, reliability measures, ANOVA, multivariate analyses) to identify improvement areas and propose evidence-based solutions.

  • Optimization & support: Provide concrete recommendations and implement initiatives to improve processes, clarify responsibilities, optimize psychosocial working conditions, and reduce sources of tension enhancing both operational efficiency and employee well-being.

  • Targeted prevention programs: In partnership with Occupational Health and HRBP, design and roll out primary prevention programs adapted to security-related roles.

  • Collaboration programs: Deploy initiatives (e.g., cross-team immersion, onboarding programs) to reduce silos, strengthen collaboration, and build a shared culture of security.

  • Inclusion & Diversity: Work with I&D network, define and implement a strategy to foster an inclusive and respectful environment.

  • Cross-functional support: Act as a point of contact and coordinator for initiatives driven by other functions (e.g., Better Workplace), ensuring alignment, effective rollout, and adoption within security teams.

Your boarding pass:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social and Occupational Psychology or a related field, with specialization in change management, organizational assessment, or workplace behavior analysis.

  • Security & Intelligence Knowledge: Strong understanding of security and intelligence professions, their roles and operational challenges, including associated ethical/normative frameworks and a comprehensive overview of the security industry professions.

  • Analytical & Psychometric Expertise: Proficiency in statistical and psychometric methods to validate and interpret organizational assessment tools (alpha de Cronbach, correlations, ANOVA, multivariate analyses).

  • Tools & Software: Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites), RStudio for statistical analysis and data visualization, and collaborative/project management tools.

  • Interest for Improvement: Strong motivation to enhance employee well-being, security, and efficiency through adapted organizational and cultural practices.

  • Advisory Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, solve problems, make recommendations, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Languages: Fluent French and Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
