Corporate Governance Research Analyst (Polish Speaking)

ISS STOXX is seeking a Corporate Governance Research Analyst with a focus on the Polish market. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality governance research and analysis on publicly listed companies in Poland.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Analyse corporate governance and financial data to produce detailed research reports on publicly listed Polish companies.
  • Issue proxy voting recommendations in line with ISS Governance’s guidelines.
  • Engage with companies and institutional investors regarding shareholder meetings.
  • Respond to internal and external queries related to research reports.
  • Contribute articles and insights to ISS Governance publications.
  • Support the development and refinement of governance policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and professional development initiatives.
  • Build deep expertise in corporate governance, investment, and shareholder issues within the Polish market.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong understanding of finance, capital markets, and corporate governance.
  • A degree in law is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Polish legislation relevant to corporate governance.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills, especially during peak periods such as the Eastern European general meeting season.
