The staff accountant supporting the corporate banking team will use accounting principles and control procedures which are necessary for accurate maintenance of the various corporate bank accounts.
Job Duties
Complete bank account reconciliations.
Participate in the annual unclaimed property filings to various states.
Update procedures and reference manuals.
Complete journal entries along with updating back-up documentation monthly and clearance of bank reconciliation items.
Administer financial, internal, and operational control procedures for the assets of the organization, including reconciling various depository/disbursement bank accounts.
Prepare financial reports and analyses. Develop statistics and analyze trends to evaluate significant changes.
Provide technical accounting expertise relating to the execution of company business with other departments.
Respond to inquiries from Club personnel, as well as from outside agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
To thrive in this role, you will have three or more years’ experience in financial accounting.
Advanced proficiency in using all Microsoft Office software required.
Advanced communication skills required, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using an Enterprise Resource Planning system, such as Oracle and other large ERP systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles as well as the Company's financial and banking structure required.
Individuals must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Possess the ability to resolve complex problems quickly and accurately.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$32.57 - $43.40Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
