As the Corporate Affairs & Innovative Partnerships Lead you will act as a key connector between Lilly and Türkiye’s healthcare ecosystem, championing sustainable, patient-centric access solutions. The role will be pivotal in shaping healthcare policy, driving advocacy, and building innovative partnerships that expand access to medical innovation and deliver long-term impact on public health. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Shape Policy and Drive Advocacy: 

  • Lead advocacy initiatives by developing relationships with policymakers, public and private payers, HCP associations, trade organizations, and patient organizations. 

  • Collaborate with internal and global teams (including PRA, communications, and global advocacy) to align policy efforts with Lilly’s strategic access priorities. 

  • Prepare stakeholder maps and maintain a robust network of external relationships to ensure timely, informed engagement across the healthcare landscape. 

  • Continuously monitor healthcare trends and market dynamics to anticipate system shifts and identify opportunities for impactful policy engagement. 

  • Design and execute advocacy strategies in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with therapeutic area goals and access needs. 

Advance Innovative Access Solutions: 

  • Explore and implement innovative access pathways in partnership with public, private, and alternative payer organizations. 

  • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, scalability, and potential to enhance patient outcomes. 

  • Lead the development of new healthcare delivery models, alternative payment structures, and digital health solutions that address barriers to access in targeted disease areas. 

Build and Lead Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and develop high-impact, multi-stakeholder collaborations that support Lilly’s business priorities and advance access goals. 

  • Create and manage large-scale projects in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of vision, defined deliverables, clear timelines, and aligned ownership. 

  • Ensure continuous stakeholder alignment through transparent communication and strong project governance. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the healthcare industry with a proven track record of innovative access models. 

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics in Türkiye.  

  • Ability to generate innovative ideas, influence policy and lead cross-functional initiatives with external and internal stakeholders in a complex environment. 

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and project management skills.
