This role is part of the Global Marketing Operations and Project Management team - a high-performing group that drives structure, efficiency, and focus across Calvin Klein’s Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO) and divisional brand teams. As the engine behind how work is planned and moves cross-functionally, this team ensures alignment, collaboration, and timely execution through agile processes and smart tools - enabling consistent delivery at scale across the full-funnel marketing business.

Position Summary:

The Coordinator, Global Project Management, Campaign is a key player in helping bring Calvin Klein’s brand storytelling to life. Supporting the end-to-end execution of seasonal and yearly marketing and creative initiatives across Calvin Klein’s Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO), you’ll keep projects moving smoothly - from intake to delivery - by managing timelines, coordinating across teams, tracking deliverables, and maintaining operational documentation and tools. You will also take ownership of final asset deployment, partnering with our Digital Asset Management (DAM) team to ensure campaign materials are uploaded, organized, and distributed to partners on time and launch ready.

You’ll collaborate closely with brand marketing, influence, PR, visual merchandising, regional, social, creative and content production teams to help deliver 360, high-impact campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow their project management skills in a fast-paced, creative-led environment with broad cross-functional exposure.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Workflow Support

  • Assist in managing day-to-day coordination of marketing and content projects from brief through delivery, including global and regional initiatives
  • Review incoming briefs for completeness and help route to appropriate team leads for action
  • Support developing comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from key stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain accurate documentation, status trackers, meeting notes, and review cycle outcomes to advance project next steps in a timely manner

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a supporting liaison between CMO cross-functional teams and supporting teams such as legal and visual merchandising in the development and execution of 360 campaigns
  • Attend and contribute-to internal meetings and team status check-ins; capture and track next steps and provide follow-ups to hold teams accountable
  • Communicate goals, dates and expectations clearly and concisely, and proactively flag delays or blockers to line managers and relevant project management peers to mitigate risk

Asset Deployment & Digital Asset Management

  • Partner closely with the DAM team to upload final assets into the internal asset management platform; ensure assets are accurately named, organized, and usage clearly defined
  • Distribute asset links and delivery updates to internal teams and regional partners in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain global distribution lists to ensure appropriate teams receive assets each season

Tools & Process Support

  • Use assigned CMO project management tools daily to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies with accuracy and accountability
  • Ensure consistent maintenance of projects, calendars, and file structures to support team-wide visibility and alignment across active workstreams
  • Uphold and reinforce established ways of working - ensuring data entered in project tools is complete and up to date to support leadership reporting and operational insights
  • Be an advocate for tool adoption and process consistency across teams, helping drive collaboration, accountability, and efficiency
  • Contribute to the evolution of workflows by sharing ideas, identifying challenges, and collaborating with project leads on process improvements

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 1-3 years of project coordination, marketing operations, or content production support - ideally in an agency or in-house brand setting
  • Experience supporting creative teams and familiarity with creative asset workflows and approvals
  • Prior experience working with DAM platforms and/or managing file delivery to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in or supporting a large, global fashion or lifestyle brand is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders

  • Proactive and adaptable - comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for creative execution, operational excellence, and global brand storytelling

Overall Impact & Contribution:

Sets objectives for self and others and delivers results that impacts the organization

Problem Solving:

  • Support large-scale, complex initiatives with shifting priorities, competing timelines, and multiple stakeholders across regions
