Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is looking for a Residential Services Coordinator.

About the role: Assist owners with Use Privileges, handle pre-arrival Concierge service and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ standars.

What you will do

* Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve guest complaints; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with resort services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, pre-arrival needs, etc.

* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

* Book multiple types of reservations (IE: Owner, Rental, Exchange, etc.), accurately documenting owner / guest preferences and special requests, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

* Assist owners’ with Use privileges (IE: split-week, double usage, exchanges, etc.).

* Assist owners’ and arriving guests with Concierge related requests.

*Handle a multi-phone line system, answering calls in a professional manner in accordance with established policies.

What you bring

Education: High School education or equivalent experience

Experience: Three months to one full year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or another organization.

Skills and Abilities:

Requires a working knowledge of the Reservations aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and generally learned on-the-job.

Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.

Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner.
