About the role:

Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. The successful team will be able to work efficiently and quickly. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

What you will do:

Properly break down the station by storing foods properly and carefully after labeling them.
Ability to prepare all mise en place needed for station
Set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed.
Prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing

What you bring:

One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Strong communication skills
