Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical team player to join our Controlling & Investments team. You will play a key role in supporting investment analysis, financial reporting & controlling activities, and process optimization through technology.

You will:

  • Perform regular assets reconciliation and reporting for Swiss Life Group (under IFRS) and locally (under Lux GAAP)
  • Support the preparation and analysis of investment performance reports and dashboards
  • Carry out cost reports and variance analysis for controlling purposes
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management, monitoring KPI’s, budgeting and forecasting
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives within the department
  • Support the department in punctual reports and projects

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related filed
  • First working experience in a similar position (finance, controlling)
  • Knowledge of the financial industry is an asset
  • Business fluency in English, French is an asset
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with a sound knowledge of Excel, strong affinity for data analytics and digital tools will be considered as an advantage
  • Curious and analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Highly motivated team player, able to work collaboratively across departments
  • Capacity to deliver results and cope with tight deadlines
