Summary

The Contracts Sell Off Administrator I, Associate supports compliant and timely delivery of finished goods to government and international customers. This position ensures that contractual, quality, and regulatory documentation is complete and accurate, facilitating final inspection, shipment, and customer acceptance.

Position Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of administrative functions required to support end delivery to highly regulated customer-base.
  • Will perform duties as liaison between operations, quality and customers.
  • Serves as point-of-contact for assigned customer portfolio and serve as customer interface on pre-contract and active contract activities.
  • Assist other Contracts Administrators in ensuring AV is compliant with the customer’s terms and conditions.
  • Tracks contract authorizations, correspondence, and approvals.
  • Submission of regulated documentation to military and government offices with strict scrutiny.
  • Supports maintenance and retrieval of contract documents/files and validated data, preparation of reports, and participation in status reviews.
  • Coordinate all open Sales Orders (SO’s) within our ERP System.
  • Visual inspection of goods and documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage Integrated Unit packages such as COCs, net inspect, WAWF submissions, and Government Source Inspection (GSI).
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Associate’s degree, certification or some related college courses preferred
  • 2-4 years of working experience required.

Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies

  • Experience with managing and populate data in Sharepoint, Excel, SplashBI, and other business systems highly recommended.
  • Good analytical, time management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc.  Hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer.
  • May require travel to sites/program and special functions.

Environmental Conditions Critical to Performance

  • Work is in an office environment, climate controlled through central air conditioning/heating.
  • Frequently working on the shop floor with loud noises and production activities.
  • May have some exposure to outside environment while traveling.

Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally when required.

The salary range for this role is:

$23 - $32
