The Contract Administrator will provide administrative support to the Contract Administration team, with minimal supervision, for the American Cancer Society, Inc., American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, and American Cancer Society Puerto Rico Division. Maintain the daily workflow of the Contract Administration team’s contract assignments, providing status updates and responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Build relationships across business units with internal and external customers and utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer problems creatively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (List the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. This should not be a task list or desk procedures, but the top 5 to 7 responsibilities of the job. Utilizes Conga Contracts (iContract) to track contract negotiations, document agreement risks, and maintain organized contract profiles, ensuring transparency and data integrity.
(15%) Manages incoming contract-related inquiries and issues with minimal supervision, documenting responses and providing follow-up information as needed.
(15%) Facilitates cross-departmental communication by responding promptly to contract and insurance-related questions via multiple channels (Contracts Mailbox, Microsoft Teams, Service Desk Tickets, etc.).
(10%) Acts as a liaison between Business Leads, Legal Managers, and Legal Reviewers to support contract review and approval processes.
(10%) Updates and manages contract and company profile data based on legal reviewer feedback, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the contract database.
(10%) Creates and delivers reports to assist business leads and administrative teams in managing the contract lifecycle and tracking key metrics.
(10%) Reviews and approves contract requests and projects daily, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
(10%) Maintains training documentation, including policies, procedures, and template language, to support ongoing education and process consistency.
(10%) Builds and maintains strong partnerships with internal and external business partners, contributing to a collaborative and efficient contract management environment.

  • Proficient in legal terminology, contract processes, and Conga Contracts (iContract)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and DocuSign

  • Critical thinker with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
