Continuous Improvement & Performance Analyst — CIS / Middle East / Asia

The Continuous Improvement (CI) / Performance Analyst will drive operational excellence across the CIS / Middle East / Asia customer supply chain.

You will gather, analyse and interpret supply chain performance data, deliver actionable insights, support cross‑functional improvement projects and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role works closely with Regulatory, Artwork Hub, Supply, Warehousing & Distribution, Customer Service, Commercial and Finance and other teams to optimize service, cost and performance.

  • Gather and interpret supply chain data (costs, productivity, supply/demand, product readiness, KPIs) across the CIS / Middle East / Asia cluster.

  • Develop and implement analytical methods, reporting tools and systems to make insights consumable for the business.

  • Investigate performance issues, lead root-cause analysis and co‑design corrective actions with stakeholders.

  • Build and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports on transportation costs, warehouse services, write‑offs/provisions, product availability and product flow visibility.

  • Support inventory control, transportation, materials management and distribution activities as required.

  • Standardise tools and governance for in‑market supply vs demand (Rx and Vx), MMW stock management, serialization governance and related projects.

  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Artwork Hub, Supply Hub and other stakeholders to support artwork management, pack changes, licence renewals and supply planning.

  • Run analysis and simulation modelling for projects and opportunities (distribution networks, inventory holding, supply chain optimisation, S&OP cycle, budgets).

  • Maintain reporting frameworks, contribute to KPI setting, provide trend analysis and escalate quality, deviations, KPI misses and other risks in a timely manner.

  • Support QMS activities and compliance, contribute to risk management governance and follow-up on audit/action items.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Degree-level qualification in an analytical discipline (e.g. computer science, applied mathematics, finance, business analysis) or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years’ supply chain experience (customer service, logistics and supply planning; warehousing preferred) in a multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG environment; ideally including at least 3 years’ management experience in a multicultural setting.

  • Strong PC skills (advanced Excel including VBA/DAX preferred), experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI) and basic knowledge of SAP; ability to build database queries and reports.

  • Excellent analytical, presentation and data‑visualisation skills; able to translate data into clear business insights.

  • A proactive mindset with passion for driving innovation and CI

  • Strong communicator and influencer at all levels; able to build effective cross‑functional relationships.

  • Fluent English

  • Solid understanding of regulatory, artwork management and logistics constraints affecting supply planning and stock management.
