Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
1. Content Development & Execution
- Create, edit, and publish a wide range of content (articles, blogs, infographics, case studies, videos, emailers, product sheets) tailored to enterprise customers.
- Translate technical information and solutions into clear, engaging, and educational content for different formats and audiences.
- Assist in developing sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers) for sales teams.
- Ensure all content follows brand voice, guidelines, and maintains high quality.
- Content Distribution & Amplification
 - Drive the end-to-end content distribution strategy and planning, ensuring all content reaches the target audience across owned, earned, and paid channels.
2. Social Media Channel Management
- Manage day-to-day execution of the company’s B2B social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook), including posting, scheduling, and community management.
- Support in planning and executing social media campaigns to build brand authority, customer trust, and education on digital transformation.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
3. Analytics & Optimisation
- Track, measure, and report on performance of content and social campaigns (engagement, reach, downloads, clicks, leads).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Assist in A/B testing of content formats and social campaigns to refine messaging and creative.
5. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Head of Content & Social Media, product & solutions teams, brand & comms, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies (social media agency, content development agency) to deliver quality assets.
- Support event coverage (live posting, content capture, interviews) for enterprise campaigns.
