YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Content Quality Project Manager to drive global initiatives focused on menu quality (image and product description quality), and operational excellence across countries. You will oversee the full content quality pipeline - image moderation, global tool rollouts, AI tools partnership management, process governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, and local Ops teams. Your mission is to ensure that millions of users see accurate, high-quality menus and visuals, while enabling operational teams to deliver consistent content standards at scale.

THE JOURNEY

  • Lead global menu & image quality operations, quality scoring gaps, product availability data issues, and alignment with Delivery Hero central teams on quality models and scoring pipelines.
  • Manage the global Moderation Hub, ensuring high-quality review of millions of enhanced and partner-generated images, supervising agent performance, training, workflows, and tool adoption.
  • Drive rollout and adoption of global tools, and menu quality scoring systems, and image-enhancement workflows - managing GTM plans, tests, documentation, and agent enablement.
  • Execute global quality improvement programs, including menu audits, stock image clean-ups, logo coverage initiatives, filter/category management, and local country support to uplift menu quality KPIs.
  • Act as the content quality owner across teams, collaborating with Product, Data, Commercial, and local Ops to solve escalations, fix broken processes, and deliver clear, actionable documentation and alignment
  • Analyze data to diagnose quality gaps, track operational progress, estimate impact, and support prioritization with clear KPI reporting across 20+ markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, Content Management, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in operations or content quality, with exposure to marketplace, food delivery, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong ability to manage workflows involving large datasets, scoring systems, or automated quality pipelines.
  • Experience collaborating with content moderation teams, BPOs, or quality hubs is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with technical tools (e.g., Salesforce, internal quality systems, APIs, data dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to structure complex problems into clear action plans and manage multiple countries in parallel.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
