Consumer Healthcare Brand Manager

MISSION STATEMENT

We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive the growth of Zentiva’s Consumer Healthcare brands. The successful candidate will evaluate and develop innovative brand strategies, identify and lead the communication with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensure effective positioning and promotion across all channels across the whole geographical perimeter (European Union). Candidate needs to be based in Czech Republic.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Brand Strategy & New Products Development:
  • Determine HCPs and consumer trends, as well as unmet needs to generate ideas for new products development.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize brand positioning.
  • Identify and initiate the communication with KOLs and healthcare professionals to evaluate new products ideas.
  • Scalable ideas – Identify and roll out initiatives that can be replicated across multiple markets.
  • Define unique selling propositions (USPs) for selected products.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of selected brand strategies to achieve business objectives and accelerate portfolio growth.
  • Ensure all brand activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

  • Portfolio Performance Oversight:
    • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for key brands through KPIs (sales, market share, distribution, ROI, EBITDA).
    • Analyse A&P spending effectiveness and propose strategies adjustment based on performance analytics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, regulatory, medical) to ensure cohesive brand execution and compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  

  • University Degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare brand management.
  • Proven track record in brand building, product positioning, and multi-channel promotional strategy.
  • Experience working with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Fluent in English.
