Job Description

The Consulting Senior Manager will act as a Platform Leader, responsible for overseeing a key industry, domain, or service line within our consulting practice. You will be pivotal in driving business growth, delivering exceptional consulting services, and enhancing our team's capabilities.
You will report to the Principal, Kalypso and can work in a remote environment from any location in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and grow revenue within the designated platform area.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and create tailored proposals that showcase our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
- Consulting Services Delivery:
- Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality consulting engagements that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging industry or domain expertise to help them achieve their business goals.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive the development and enhancement of consulting capabilities within your platform area, ensuring our team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge.
- Develop and deliver training programs, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build the skills and expertise of our consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and technologies that enhance our consulting offerings.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 12+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
- Deep expertise in a specific industry, domain, or service line, with a strong track record of delivering impactful consulting solutions.
- Proven expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks
- Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
- Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support automation projects from concept through commissioning
- Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
- Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., food & beverage, pharma, mining, or heavy industry)

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $180,720 - $271,080 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
