About This Role:
Lead enterprise data learning and adoption by curating experiences with Nationwide L&D and vendors, routing access through Workday Learning (WD).
Orchestrate an editorial and event plan tied to priority data initiatives and measurable upskilling outcomes.
Co-create and manage a podcast series with the Data PAG (topics, guests, cadence, distribution).
Run a recurring virtual community of practice and plan in-person showcases and show-and-tell events.
Own the SharePoint-based data hub (IA/taxonomy, search, accessibility) and keep recordings, summaries, and WD links current.
Deliver concise multi-channel communications (InSide/SharePoint, Teams, email) with clear “how to use this” actions.
Operate an intake and prioritization pipeline with leadership to source and sequence topics and learning needs.
Define and report KPIs (reach, attendance, watch time, WD enrollments/completions, community growth, freshness) with monthly dashboards.
Apply lightweight OCM practices (personas, readiness, feedback loops, quick starts) to accelerate adoption.
Coordinate vendors and basic budgets/SOWs; ensure brand, accessibility, and information‑classification compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and delivery of complex technology training solutions; including security, infrastructure, and other technology awareness programs.
Identifies, schedules and prepares technology subject matter to develop, evaluate and deliver technology learning solutions within budget. Creates forecast and estimates technology training costs.
Drives the identification of technology training gaps and champions technology training solutions to build associate skills. May identify and source with technical, talent management, or third party resources to ensure appropriate design and development of proposed solutions.
Responsible for the application and reinforcement of security practices to technology professionals to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Manages multiple technology learning content curation processes, including the design, development, and maintenance of learning content.
Designs, develops and maintains multiple technology learning SharePoint sites, learning platforms, computer-based training, and/or videos.
Consults with Technology leaders/teams/projects/events to create communications, surveys, or townhall materials through thoughtfully crafted content, medium, timing, and feedback.
Drives Technology Organizational Change Management (OCM) with a lens on how people experience change at an individual level as well as an organizational level.
Defines, communicates and adjusts technology learning metrics and reporting to monitor change, skill development, cost in support of organizational goals.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director, Technology or Training Leader.
Typical Skills and Experiences: ITSM knowledge (ServiceNow, ITIL), Automation (Power Platforms, Nintex, etc.…), Productivity Tools (Adobe, MS Suite, Visio, Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, LMS Admiration, Contact Monkey, Snagit), User Experience Design, Writing & Storytelling, Ability to read, understand, analyze code (HTML, Java, JSON, DAX).
Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems or a related field is preferred.
License/Certification/Designation: Technology certifications or designation are not required, but strongly encouraged (i.e.: Prosci, ADDIE, ITILv4).
Experience: Typically, seven years of Technology work experience. At least five years of work experience related to learning and/or communications.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Strong communication skills and knowledge learning and communications. Influencing, negotiating and priority setting is needed. Insurance and/or financial services industry knowledge is a plus.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resources Business Partner.
