About the Job:
The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Consultant to join us in Singapore supporting the ASEAN region. In this role, you will promote the adoption of Red Hat's solutions at our key enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners. You'll define requirements and deliver solutions based on the Red Hat portfolio of solutions and services offerings. You will lead small to medium-sized project teams and ensure the quality of customer deliverables for one or more projects. You will earn the trust and confidence of our customer Project, Development, and Operations teams by matching their requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of our solutions. As an Consultant, you will be delivering the right solutions and ensuring that these solutions are implemented and supported in a reliable way.
What you will do
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
Implement and integrate Red Hat's open and hybrid cloud solutions including Red Hat OpenShift and other Red Hat's offerings
Understand industry practices and Red Hat's policies, procedures, and values
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support cases management
Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the team
Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
Implement solutions using Red Hat technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods
What you will bring
6+ years of experience working in a consulting role
Hands On Experience and advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift platform.
In-depth expertise in managing multiple Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments.
Proven expertise in operationalization of Red Hat OpenShift container platform through the adoption of Service Mesh, GitOps principles, and Serverless frameworks
Migrating to OpenShift container platform
Experience with infrastructure as code, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences
Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice
Good customer-facing skills, ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
Must have Red Hat OpenShift certification
