As the voice of the hotel, the Core Agent ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly. Our Core Agents are responsible for: promoting the hotel, assisting prospective guests with accurate information, converting incoming calls into reservations, and coordinating details for Rooms, Spa, Restaurant/Bar, and In-Room Dining.
The position also acts as a key contact point for Concierge needs, helping guests with requests, suggestions, and logistical planning throughout their stay.
What you will do
Successfully handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly, in line with Four Seasons standards
Manages all restaurant reservations by handling enquiries, securing bookings, adjusting seating times, and coordinating special requests with the F&B team.
Selling property features such as spa, restaurant and concierge services.
Supports Concierge operations by providing local recommendations, arranging transportation and activities, securing external bookings, and assisting guests with on-the-spot requests to ensure a seamless stay.
What you bring
High school education or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and warmly with guests in person, by phone, and in writing.
Solid knowledge of the local area and key attractions, or the willingness and curiosity to learn quickly.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
Fluency both in written and oral English and Italian. A third language is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
