Concierge

About the Role:

The Concierge is an essential member of the Guest Services Team, dedicated to enhancing the convenience and comfort of our guests and ensuring they are well cared for from the moment they arrive.

Our concierge team thoughtfully assesses guest needs and requests, offering personalized recommendations and considerate touches to curate and elevate the guest experience at the resort. 

This position reports to the Concierge Manager.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. 
  • Be fully knowledgeable of all resort facilities, operational hours, key contact personnel, activity schedules, and the island’s offerings, including restaurants, sightseeing opportunities, markets, sports, and special events. Also, be familiar with fire, safety, and emergency procedures. 
  • Respond to all guest requests accurately and promptly, providing personalized recommendations based on insightful local knowledge and resort practices. 
  • Arrange reservations for dining, activities, entertainment, transportation, and other services, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. 
  • Collaborate with other departments, especially the Guest Experience Team, Airport Representatives, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless communication and deliver exceptional service throughout the guest journey. 
  • Ensure that desk collateral, website content, shopping cart information, and details for restaurants, activities, attractions, maps, and other relevant materials are up-to-date and accurate. 
  • Process parcels, packages, courier services, messages, and mail accurately and promptly. 
  • Handle multiple tasks, including reception, cashier, concierge, and operator duties. Assist the team and buggy driver during busy times. 
  • Utilize a variety of internal software programs to accurately input special arrangements and ensure proper billing and reporting.

What You Bring:

  • Existing work authorization to work in Thailand 
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, guest service skills, and strong team-oriented attitude 
  • Outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems 
  • Warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when interacting with guests and internal colleagues 
  • Commitment to upholding Four Seasons service and culture standards 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure 
  • Ability to work effectively in an unsupervised environment

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position 
  • Working hours primarily during mornings and afternoons, including weekdays and weekends
