The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team within Northrop Grumman Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) organization is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Computer Systems Analyst. This BSA position can be in either Melbourne FL, Iuka MS, Clearfield UT, Palmdale, CA OR El Segundo, CA and may require occasional travel (up to 25% of the time) to any major Company site depending on program needs.

Description:
The BSA team bridges the gap between the business side of operations (day-to-day system users) and the application development teams.
The team also manages the Aeronautics Sector’s PMO current and future portfolio of IT projects which includes budgets, schedules, and risk management.
The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate technical principles, theories, and concepts as well as develop innovative solutions to technical issues.
The candidate must demonstrate customer support skills, be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional team settings and be able to complete assignments with minimal management supervision.
The role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to learn new computer applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coalesce, analyze and document user requirements and/or problems to improve existing systems
Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions and correct system deficiencies
Develop system specifications that address business requirements aligned with system architectures
Test solutions to ensure optimal system functionality
Monitor integrated system interfaces for errors and resolves as necessary
Draft & publish instructional materials and provide system training to end users
Represent the organization in providing solutions to complex system issues
Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects
Work with process owners to ensure optimal system interactions and develop improvements
May also have the opportunity for a Project Management role on IT projects
This role may require up to 25% travel to Northrop Grumman locations depending on program needs.
This position may filled at a higher level based on the qualifications listed below.
Basic Qualifications for Level 2:
Bachelor of Science in STEM-related field with 2 years of related and relevant experience
Candidates must have a current DOD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered
Experience executing in CPLM, SAP/S4, PEO, and/or SmartMES (or other ERP systems)
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Experience interacting and supporting Production Engineering, Shop Floor, Quality, or Supply Chain business process.
Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
Bachelor of Science in STEM-related field with 5 years of related and relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
Candidates must have a current DOD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered
Experience executing in CPLM, SAP/S4, PEO, and/or SmartMES (or other ERP systems)
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Experience interacting and supporting Production Engineering, Shop Floor, Quality, or Supply Chain business process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph, or SAP/SAR access
Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related Technical Degree
Experience in the Aerospace Industry or working on Defense Acquisition programs
Understanding of hardware and software requirements, design, development and testing of system integrations
Subject Matter Expertise in Production Engineering, MRP, Quality, or Supply Chain business processes
Subject Matter Expertise using PLM Systems
Experience leading integration projects / efforts
Experience working on teams using an agile framework (e.g. scrum, Kanban)
Self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

Primary Level Salary Range: $66,600.00 - $121,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $82,100.00 - $150,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
