The Single-Family Acquisitions Quality Control and Operational Risk Management Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.
In this role, you will partner with Single-Family Acquisitions division management to perform the following activities for significant issues:
Collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and motivated risk management professionals
Communicate issue status/progress effectively to senior management
Act as a key contributor toward building out a Fair Lending risk management operation and organization
Establish and manage a Fair Lending Governance process for the entire SF Division
Be responsible for all internal and 3rd party oversight of compliance program effectiveness
Ensure new compliance requirements are accurately and timely implemented
Maintain and effective relationship with Enterprise Compliance team
12+ years related experience and 4+ years management experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
Relevant compliance operations related functional experience in mortgage servicing
Significant experience in the Fair Lending subset of Compliance
Strong team management and leadership
High ethical standards, excellent judgment, sense of personal initiative, ability to interact constructively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to influence and empower others
Strong thought leadership related to Fair Lending and Compliance Program execution
Ability to effectively communicate concerns, raise issues and work collaboratively to obtain desired outcomes with stakeholders and senior leadership
Ability to courageously identify areas of improvement

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $168,000 - $252,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
