Job Description:
The Compliance Intern will collaborate with teams within the Compliance and Safety department to satisfy reporting needs using Power BI and any other necessary tools. They will be expected to complete both ad-hoc requests in addition to scheduled/recurring reports. Must have the ability to interpret and communicate/present information effectively to key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Create and disseminate routine reporting and analytics for stakeholders within the Compliance and Safety department
Fulfills ad-hoc requests for reports to support stakeholders as they prepare for meetings with partners in other departments as well as senior leadership
Participate in project intake and implementation meetings, as well as progress check-ins to understand the needs of the stakeholder(s) and ensure those needs are met
Analyze information and give insight into data related findings while also providing recommendations on next steps or future analyses
Create new, and tune existing, predictive models that will be used for items such as financial forecasting
Assist in reviewing and maintaining existing processes, automations, and routine reporting while providing recommendations on where improvements can be made
Cross trains all teams to ensure familiarity with all aspects of business processes and help teams as needed to support service level gaps.
What We're Looking For:
Current enrollment in a college or university with a major that aligns with the department/role
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Databricks, Python, and R
