Responsibilities
- Industrial Relations: Handle industrial relations matters, including managing union relationships, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with IM.
- Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.
- Performance Management: Administer the performance review cycle, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, and ensure a fair and effective process.
- Compensation & Rewards: Support the design and implementation of the rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits programs, and conduct market benchmarking.

- Experience: Proven experience (>5 years) in HR, with a strong focus on industrial relations and policy management.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
