Responsibilities:

  • Calculating monthly payroll and benefit and process the payment. Make sure the payment accurately and on time; Assist HR supervisor on annual budget, annual bonus and merit;
  • Implement social insurance, housing fund, Tax and commercial insurance declaration and payment; Process the industrial injury procedure if any;
  • Maintain employee master data in HRIS and provide data/reports accordingly;
  • Filing the employee documents which is provided by HR recruitment, and ensure the documentation management accord with the requirements from internal audit;
  • Conduct employee exit procedure. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • At least 3 year’s HR experience on C&B function in wholly foreign invested factory.

  • Familiar with labor law and human resource management regulation.

  • Have good knowledge on C&B related fields and proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
