Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Expert (x/f/m)

The team you’ll be joining 

As a Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Expert, you will join a dynamic team of 4 people (3 permanent contracts + 1 apprentice), led by the Global C&B Director, within the People Operations department. 

In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and drive the evolution of our compensation and benefits strategy across Europe.

What you’ll do 

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, retain and reward our 2,900+ Doctolibers across Europe and be at the forefront of building the future of our fast-growing company, scaling our compensation and benefits processes. 

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive end-to-end C&B initiatives, from conception to executive approval, directly influencing business decisions at the highest level.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Compensation Business Partner for a country (50%) - Act as the trusted compensation advisor for HRBPs, managers, and senior leadership. Lead the design of compensation structures, salary bands, and serve as main point of contact during compensation reviews. Build compelling business cases and pitch initiatives to secure executive approval.
  • Benefits Management (30%) - Shape our benefits roadmap, ensure good execution of our benefits and lead the design and launch of new benefits programs (Forfait Mobilité Durable, Company Car policy etc.), manage health and pension scheme vendors.
  • International Mobility Leadership (20%) (France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands) - Lead our international mobility policy, supervise vendor relationships, and oversee budget management to ensure optimal support for our assignees. 
  • New countries opening preparation - Ensure we have the right tools, vendors and policies to anticipate future country expansions. 

 Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Are fluent in English to work effectively in our international environment. French is a plus. 
  • Have at least 6-7 years of progressive experience in Compensation, with demonstrated expertise in designing frameworks, leading reviews, and advising senior leadership.
  • Are a proven business partner and executive influencer who can pitch strategic initiatives and gain top management buy-in on complex C&B programs.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and full autonomy - you lead complex projects from ideation to execution, acting as a force of proposition.
  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • 30’ phone interview with the Talent Partner (recruiter)

  • 60’ video interview with the Hiring Manager

  • 60’ Case study with the Hiring Manager & a business stakeholder

  • At least one reference check

  • Workplace: Levallois-Perret (France)

  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week

  • Start date:  as soon as possible

  • Remuneration : fix + bonus on objectives (according to your profile)
