We are looking for an enthusiastic professional experienced in Compensation and Benefits domain to join our international HR team. The main scope of the job position is to contribute to the design, development, implementation, administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures, ensuring fairness, internal equity, external competitiveness, transparency and compliance with internal company policies and legal requirements and regulations.Job description
Key Responsibilities:
support the development and maintenance of compensation structures, salary benchmarks and job evaluation frameworks
support the design and methodology of annual salary review processes, including budgeting, guidelines and system setup
provide assistance in budget planning process
administer various annual compensation cycles - e.g. merit increases, performance bonus payouts, salary surveys
prepare statistical analysis, data modeling and incentive pay programs
conduct analysis and provide recommendations for extraordinary rewards, on-call allowances, overtimes and bonus schemes
evaluate job positions and classifying them in accordance with the levels of importance and responsibility
manage job documentation, job descriptions, databases and tables related to job codes and job families
monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits
conduct annual and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys
prepare reports, dashboards and analysis to support decision-making and for leadership and audit purposes
ensure data accuracy in HR systems and support audits and compliance checks
prepare and deliver pay gap analyses, monitor internal equity and support corrective actions
contribute to pay transparency initiatives, including communication materials, policy updates and stakeholder education
collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely execution of reward processes
participate in global or regional reward projects and harmonisation initiatives
monitor changes in legislation that may affect employee compensation and benefits
implement new processes within the Compensation and Benefits area, actively cooperate in creating operating procedures and directives related to C&B area of responsibility
analyze, desig, implement and communicatie employee benefits programs and related policies and procedures within ESET Group entities
manage benefits execution and administration as well as maintenance of required records
identify problem areas and suggesting improvements in terms of benefits cost optimizations as well as employee satisfaction
Requirements:
University degree in HR, Business, Economics or related field
minimum of 3+ years performing Compensation & Benefits related duties or HR analytics preferably within an international organization
strong mathematical and analytical skills including the ability to offer alternative and creative solutions
detail-oriented and structured
advanced expertise with MS Office tools, proficiency in Excel
experience with HRIS and reporting tools is prefferable
good communication and presentation skills
fluent in English (written and spoken)
ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
proactive communication, follow-up skills
ability to be a contributing member to HR team by working collaboratively and sharing responsibilities
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 500 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
