We are seeking a skilled and proactive Siebel Administrator to support and maintain the Compass platform and its integrated systems. This role involves hands-on management of Siebel environments, server infrastructure, and a variety of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with AIX and Windows servers, and a solid understanding of compliance and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Compass Platform Support:
Provide production support for Siebel applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
Address user issues across all environments (DEV, UAT, SIT, PROD).
Manage application deployments and changes in PROD, UAT, and SIT environments.
Maintain and monitor 15 AIX servers and 7 Windows servers.
Monitor server health and Siebel component performance.
Handle ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal and external compliance/audit teams to complete required activities.
Integrated Systems & Web Services:
Serve as the primary contact for platform support of DataSource, TIP, Entitlements Web Service, and Microservices.
Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and manage deployments in production and performance environments.
Maintain and support IBM ISAM, IBM LDAP, HCL Digital Experience Portal, IBM WebSphere, and HTTP servers.
Oversee the health and performance of 31 AIX servers supporting these platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Siebel administration and enterprise application support.
Strong experience with AIX and Windows server environments.
Familiarity with IBM middleware technologies (ISAM, LDAP, WebSphere).
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and compliance processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be a US citizen located in the United States
Preferred Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture and enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of HCL Digital Experience Portal and related web technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - 135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
