Community Marketing Manager - Cyprus

As a Community Marketing Manager, you will become the driving force connecting Xsolla with the regional game development ecosystem in Cyprus. Key Responsibilities
Community Development & Engagement
Build and nurture B2B gaming development community around Xsolla brand through digital and physical channels.
Plan and manage regular engagement activities (content discussions, Release Weeks, AMAs, webinars, meetups, interviews).
Develop and oversee the communication strategy for Xsolla in the region — ensuring synergy between online and offline engagement.
Develop and share content, images, and videos that aligns with the company's marketing strategies.
Respond to comments and gather feedback and insights from developers to inform marketing and product teams and adjust content accordingly.
Track brand mentions to stay informed about what people are saying and to manage the brand's reputation.
Analyze performance and use analytics tools to monitor social media activity, measure content performance, and generate reports to understand community behavior and inform strategy.
Digital Communications & Content Amplification
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, media plans and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Act as the brand’s voice in the gaming development ecosystem: Telegram, LinkedIn, Meta, industry groups and offline events
Aggregate and localize Xsolla updates, success stories, and product insights into relevant, audience-friendly content.
Collaborate with the Content & Communications manager to plan and publish posts, updates, and announcements across all digital platforms.
Drive growth in followers, engagement, and participation across community channels.
Public Relations & Partnerships
Strengthens brand presence and loyalty in the gaming developer community ensuring message consistency and local relevance.
Positions Xsolla as the central, unifying force in the regional game dev ecosystem through events, collaborations, PR, and thought leadership.
Build relationships with local media, podcasts, and influencer communities in gaming and tech.
Create joint PR opportunities and co-branded initiatives with ecosystem partners
Coordinate local press activities, interviews, and event-related coverage.
Represent Xsolla at key industry events, ensuring consistent brand presence and visibility.
Events & Activations
Plan and execute offline activations: community events, Release Weeks, AMAs, meetups
Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to integrate community events into broader marketing campaigns.
Generate and execute ideas for local infopoints — news hooks, collaborations, or social moments that drive awareness.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
3+ years of experience in community marketing or PR & communications (gaming industry).
Deep understanding of Cyprus game development ecosystem and its key communities.
Strong grasp of digital communication tools and social media marketing, content creation and PR
Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and media plans that align with business and marketing goals.
Proven track record of building and managing communities and executing engagement programs.
Experience in organising and managing online and offline events.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in Russian and English.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills: ability to manage multiple platforms, tasks, and events simultaneously.
Analytical skills: ability to analyze data from performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills; proactive, energetic, and people-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
