We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Community Management Support Partner to be part of the BlueCare Senior Leadership Team on a 6 month fixed term full time basis to back-fill leave (potential for extension).

Your part in the BlueCare Senior Leadership Team

Reporting to the Group General Manager in our Aged Care and Community Services(ACCS), the Community Management Support Partner plays a pivotal role in contributing to the operational objectives of the workplace by performing a range of administrative, program and financial functions to support the senior management and operational team within either Community or Residential with ACCS.  The role will be critical in providing strategic business process assistance to the wider organisation as required.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Operate as part of the Communities/ Residential team by delivering timely, effective and efficient services

  • Provide a range of administrative activities which require a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work and which directly support the outcomes of the team.

  • Undertake the processing of a range of general financial function and record management service.

  • Calendar Management in a timely and efficient manner with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare meeting papers, agendas, records and produce minutes of meetings, review supporting documentation and identify and action on action items arising from meeting.

  • Coordination of functions and events where applicable.

  • Liaise with external providers and suppliers; stationary, IT, facilities and proactive practice management.

  • Extensive report, business papers, correspondence and presentation preparation.

  • Completing all tasks delegated by the Group General Manger, General Manager and the wider senior leadership teams.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in providing executive support and assistance at a senior management level within a complex organisation.

  • Extensive Microsoft Suite skills and knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).

  • Demonstrated high level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels.

  • Strong organisational skills, the capability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity and the ability to problem solve.

  • Experience in organising workshops and meetings, including preparation and distribution of papers.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality documents and correspondence.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal maturity and the ability to engage effectively with Board Members, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, staff and volunteers with a view to enhancing the organisational culture in line with the Strategic Plan.

  • Ability to undertake plan travels as required.
