COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Summary

As a Community Associations Coordinator, you will support the Community Associations and Community Design teams. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring Fischer Homes’ communities leverage industry-leading systems and processes to provide our customers with the highest quality management of their homeowner’s associations. This role is 100% in office in Erlanger, KY.

These skills will be used to: 

  • Work with management to produce and gather various Community Start-Up documents and information.
  • Provide administrative support to the internal departments and fellow team members. 
  • Provide database support by entering and maintaining Association Fees, distributing reports and checklists.
  • Maintain Standard Specifications for key services (Landscape Maintenance, Fertilization, Pool Maintenance, Cleaning, Exercise Equipment, Clubhouse Management, etc.)
  • Manage the Community Associations Helpdesk by fielding in bound calls and emails. 
  • Create websites for Associations to serve as a tool for Board members, homeowners, management companies, etc.
  • Maintain Quarterly Community Appearance site visit schedule and participates in site visits in each Fischer Homes market (Louisville, NKY, Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, Columbus, Atlanta, St. Louis)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Forms, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with database management - primarily data entry and queries.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical demands and overall work environment:

  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
