● Collaboration: Making music and bringing it to the world is all about the power of originality amplified by teamwork. A great idea, like a great song, travels globally. We ignite passions and build connections across our diverse community of artists, songwriters, partners, and fans.
● Commitment: We pursue excellence for our team and our talent. Everything in music starts with a leap into the unknown, and we’re committed to keeping the faith, acting with integrity, and delivering on our promises.
WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters that fuel our success. That is why we are committed to creating a work environment that actively values, appreciates, and respects everyone. We encourage applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.

We’re receiving a high volume of applications for this role, so we encourage you to apply promptly, as the vacancy may close earlier than expected.
A little bit about our team:
The Community team at Warner Records is responsible for building meaningful, scalable, and data-driven relationships between artists and their fans. Working closely with Marketing, Content, Commercial and Viral, the team ensures fan-first thinking is embedded across every stage of a campaign. Your role:
The Community Assistant plays a vital role in bringing fan-first campaigns to life. Working closely with the Head of Community and Community Manager, this role supports the planning, execution, and reporting of strategies that strengthen the bond between artists and their audiences. From coordinating campaign rollouts to building direct-to-fan comms, the Community Assistant helps transform creative ideas into impactful fan experiences while gaining hands-on experience at the heart of artist campaigns.
Here you’ll get to:
Assist in the day-to-day execution of direct-to-fan campaigns across email, SMS, and digital platforms.
Support the delivery of fan-first activations, both online and in-person.
Handle campaign logistics including scheduling, asset organisation, payments and approvals.
Help moderate communities and maintain a safe, positive environment for fans.
Track and report on weekly growth, engagement, and performance across platforms.
Research emerging platforms, tools, and fan trends to inspire new opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination between artists, managers, and internal/external teams.
About you:
You have a passion for music, internet culture, and the power of communities.
You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
You have an interest in digital platforms, CRM, and direct-to-fan marketing.
You’re comfortable working with data and reporting insights.
You have keen knowledge of internet trends and emerging platforms.
You have enthusiasm for bringing fans together and creating memorable experiences.
We’d love it if you also had:
Experience in fan community management, whether that’s running a HQ account or a Discord server.
