Job Description:
Social media operations
Content creation and management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms. This includes written posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia.
Community engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages professionally, and foster a positive online community.
Performance analysis and reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, reach, and conversions. Use analytics to generate reports and refine future strategies.
Campaign management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising efforts.
Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
Audiovisual Communications
Content production: Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging audio-visual content for different platforms and audiences.
Equipment management: Set up, configure, and operate AV equipment for events and productions. This includes projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
Post-production: Perform editing tasks such as video editing, sound mixing, and color grading to enhance the final output.
Team support
Support other comms activities as required.
