As part of the Internal Communications team, you will collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to bring our stories to life through impactful campaigns, compelling content, and meaningful on-the-ground experiences that celebrate our people and amplify our purpose.
How you will do it:
Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns aligned with company priorities, including sustainability, safety, innovation, recognition, and culture.
Create engaging content, design visuals, and produce multimedia assets (photos, videos, etc.) for internal channels such as emails, Viva Engage, etc.
Coordinate and provide coverage for on-site events, including town halls and other internal gatherings.
Collaborate with different functions to support communications and employee engagement initiatives.
What we look for:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong visual design skills, photography and/or video creation experience preferred.
Good command of English with strong copywriting abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Effective communicator and team player; curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
